Toto and his father lives in an island where the primary source of their livelihood is the ocean.
Toto’s dream on learning how to fish, dive and be one with the ocean is always hindered by the dynamite fishers but he still continues to practice even without his father. Toto still fights for his dream even if there are different circumstances arising around him as he arises from the water.
